IBTIKAR is a non-profit educational and training initiative that works jointly to achieve many educational and social goals through refining the skills of male and female students to become an effective part of the community.
IBTIKAR will become global in partnering with the Middle East Women Inventors & Innovators Network by awarding the IBTIKAR awards to the winners of the MEWIIN competition. All 3 winners of the IBTIKAR Award on the Middle East level will be directly qualified to participate in the GlobalWIIN Award competition that is scheduled to be held virtually in December 2021 , in London.
MEWIIN is a platform that will host a yearly event that showcases Middle Eastern innovative and inventive Women in various sectors allowing them a platform to showcase their inventions and innovations to a panel of international judges ultimately giving them the opportunity to win the IBTIKAR Award.
This qualifies the winners to participate directly in the GlobalWIIN award in cooperation with WinTrade Platform, to be held in the British capital, London, in December 2021. The competition aims to encourage the role of women in the fields of scientific and non-scientific inventions and innovations and in the field of entrepreneurship and scientific research.

- In the field of Invention and Innovation
The invention must be protected from a specialized institution or patent office (patent or filing number).
The invention must be new to compete with international projects. - In the field of Leading Businesses
The invention must be new to compete with international projects.
Proof of ownership of the idea (license, certificate, to whom it may concern from the concerned authorities) - In the field of Scientific Research
Proof of ownership of scientific research (masters thesis, institutions research, published or registered personal research).
An approval from the institution in which the scientific research is completed.
The scientific research must be new and not completion of other research. - Participants must be 18 years or older.
